What to Expect:
This application takes about 30 minutes to complete after gathering the needed assets and documents.
What you'll need to complete the Google form application:
- Your organization's EIN number, or the EIN number of your fiscal sponsor, if applicable
- Your organization's mission statement and brief summary of why you want to perform this work
- A summary of the experience and qualifications of key staff, the Board of Directors, and artistic personnel that will be involved in executing this project
- Funding request budget
- An anticipated performance timeline
What happens after you apply:
After you apply our team will review your application and follow up if we have any additional questions. You can expect a response about a funding decision within one month of your application submission?
If you aren't selected in the first round:
You are more than welcome to apply again! Many factors influence our funding decisions and we welcome a second application.
